Years of working in the field of counseling and psychology have taught me a few things: regardless of the presenting struggles, people seek contentment and to be comfortable in their own skin. They want to show up in their relationships in a genuine way, and they want a life of meaning and purpose in all the many ways that this can be lived out. And often, the discovery is made that traumas, difficult experiences, and systems in their history, and the narratives created in felt experiences create the biggest obstacles to thriving in their current lives. I feel confident in my ability to help people create a loving relationship with themselves and then to step into their lives in a way that feels real and authentic.
